About CBURS

The Cross Border Urgent Response Staff is an international organization founded in 2020. The goal of CBURS is to reach all 237 countries by population comparison as indicated by the The World Factbook, CBURS and its work are guided by the purposes and principles contained in its founding Charter.

CBURS plans to remove global borders thereby allowing the streamline delivery of medicine, aid, and professional assistance regardless of destination, the world over.

It is imagined by design to attain and maintain a place on Earth where all the world’s medical professionals from all specialities and branches in all nations can gather together, discuss common problems, and find shared solutions that benefit the health of all humanity.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT provide your Passport number/information to anyone unless it is a customs/ border agent or government lawful authority. Members or employees of the CBURS program will NOT ask for your Passport number or financial information unless a formal request has been made to run background (ie. vulnerable sector check, police check).

Cross Border Urgent Response Staff

C.B.U.R.S. also known as the Cross Border Urgent Response Staff, is a division of Shinlaza Inc. which reports to the Director In Charge.

The program identifies person(s) considered to be essential and have the lawful ability under Federal Mandate to travel cross-border when conducting duties as per the US Department of State (USA), Center for Disease Control (USA), the Federal Committee for Protection from Sanitary Risks (MEXICO) and Health Canada (CANADA).

The C.B.U.R.S. identified person is required, but not limited to:

**Travel for emergency response and public health purposes such as executive officials, medical staff, medical consultants, clinical operative assistants or emergency responders entering the United States to support federal, state, local, tribal, or territorial government including public efforts to respond to COVID-19 or other emergencies.

**Travel for pharmaceutical consulting or manufacturing review purposes.

**Travel for official government medical duties or medical diplomatic travel.

**Travel for medical military-related or medical operations.** Signifies the Federal Mandate as per the United States, Mexico and Canada.

Key Information / Registration

How to Register with C.B.U.R.S.

To register with the C.B.U.R.S. program you MUST be a medical professional in ANY field. If you are unsure, please send an email to info@shinlaza.com for further review.

Once you are registered, an e-mail will be sent outlining specific information that is required from you.

Profile creation of your specific skill sets will be completed by a program administrator.

If accepted and approved, you will be required to send a passport style phone (digital UNALTERED mobile phone picture is accepted).

Finalization of your profile includes a C.B.U.R.S. identification relevant to your country and Federal/ International Mandates/ Laws.

Payment for registration is completed via BANK TRANSFER, depending on your country of residence there may be other options available to you.

The C.B.U.R.S. program is $125 USD per year which includes the above listed details.

Membership renews every year on January the 1st. There is a 30 day grace period for members to renew. After the 30 days, your information is modified to inactive/ non-operational.

If you are inactive/ non-operational, you MUST reverify. This may slow down potential contract fulfillment or opportunities which may arise in an urgent matter.
